Midvale/Ft. Union Kiwanis install new president
On Sept. 30, the Kiwanis Club of Midvale/Ft. Union met to install Martin Walsh of Waddell and Reed as its new president. Rayleen Barnes, lieutenant governor of the Kiwanis Division, performed the ceremony. Tony Mason, outgoing president and Midvale chief of police, along with JoAnn Seghini, mayor of Midvale, were also in attendance. The club is busy with projects involving the Boys and Girls Club, Key Club, Midvale Baby’s Cupboard and Terrific Kids in the Midvale area.
